OUR FEE STRUCTURE
Please contact us to discuss our fee structure. One of the most commonly asked questions is with regard to costs involved in treatment of macular degeneration or diabetic eye disease. These diseases often require an injection of medication into the eye, and often at frequent intervals.
At two of our locations (Glenelg and North Eastern Community Hospital) this a no gap treatment for the majority of our insured patients. A minority of health funds have recently reduced their rebate for this service, and so, for these patients a small out of pocket cost per visit may be incurred.
